Trinamics was employed to be the Civil and Structural Engineers on several shopping centres of various sizes. The most notable one is the Pick-n-Pay Hypermarket-by-the-River in Vereeniging. Our Engineers were responsible for all the Civil Engineering work and the foundations for the development.

This was a fast track project in which we thrived being able to work fast and efficient.
BOIPATONG SMALL BUSINESS CENTRE
The shopping/industrial center developed by Cape Gate for the community of Boipatong, required special skills to design a cheap, but very efficient building, to provide accommodation to small enterprises from "spaza" shops to small work shops. It also contains a taxi rank.
Various other retail developments were designed for various clients. A large shopping centre for Evaton, near Vanderbijlpark, is currently on the drawing board. Trinamics is responsible for all the Civil and Structural Engineering on this project, worth approximately R30 million.
