Design of initial plant and major extensions to the fertilizer storage, mixing, granulation, bagging and shipping plant for a prominent fertilizer company in Perth, Australia. For this project the client called for all structural steel and processing equipment to be designed and manufactured in South Africa and exported to Australia. This comprised 350 ton of structural steel exported in containers from Vanderbijlpark. This client developed a vertical process for the manufacture of granulated fertilizer. The result shows the plant to be 35m high.
