Our company also specializes in the design of Bulk Earth works. Factories, warehouses, high density residential developments, shopping centres and parking areas requires the creation of stable earth works platforms. The in-situ soil conditions, topography, bearing capacity and loading requirements are taken into account in the design and optimization of the bulk earth works.
Our experience in bulk earth works design are also utilized in the design of Storm Water attenuation ponds for new developments. Storm Water attenuation are often required in order to nullify the increased storm water run-off caused by the new development.
